WE START WITH LASER CUTTING 18-8 STAINLESS STEEL FOR THE LINKS. ALL FOUR LINKS ARE THEN HAND POLISHED TO A BRILLIANT SHINE. THE MIDDLE SPACER IS HAND MADE ON A CNC LATHE IN STAINLESS STEEL. FOR ASSEMBLY WE POLISH 18-8 STAINLESS STEEL BUTTON HEAD CAP SCREWS AND NYLON INSERT LOCK NUTS. THE FINAL PRODUCT IS MUCH THICKER AND STRONGER THAN THE ORIGINAL LINKS THAT WOULD CORRODE AND SAG OVER TIME.

NEW DELTA 882 “RETIREMENT” LIGHT STAINLESS-STEEL MOUNTING LINKAGE

IMPORTANT: THIS LISTING IS FOR THE MOUNTING LINKAGE ONLY.

The complete Delta 882 Retirement Light shown in the photographs is for demonstration purposes only. The light, socket, cord, bulb, and mounting bracket are not included.

This newly manufactured adjustable mounting linkage is designed for the Delta 882 “Retirement” work light.

The four linkage arms are laser-cut from 18-8 stainless steel and individually hand-polished to a brilliant finish. The center spacer is precision-machined from stainless steel on a CNC lathe.

The assembly also includes polished 18-8 stainless-steel button-head cap screws and stainless-steel nylon-insert locknuts.

Our linkage components are substantially thicker and stronger than the original steel links, which commonly corroded, weakened, and allowed the light to sag over time.
