At Vintage Delta Supply Co., every part we ship is crafted and packaged with care. Until our full Shipping & Returns Policy is published, please review the temporary guidelines below.


Shipping

Processing Times

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days.
Some made-to-order or limited-production items may require a little extra time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. With a tracking number and insurance up to $100.00
Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

No Returns Accepted

Because our parts are produced in small batches and often made to order for vintage tooling, all sales are final.
We do not accept general returns or exchanges.

This policy helps us maintain fair pricing, ensure part quality, and continue producing components for discontinued machines.


If Something Isn’t Right

While we do not accept returns, we absolutely want you to receive the correct, functional part for your machine.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if you have concerns about fitment or quality, please contact us right away:

Fitment Responsibility

Because vintage Delta/Rockwell machines vary by year and production run, please double-check your model number and part compatibility before ordering.
If you’re unsure, we’re always happy to help verify fitment in advance.
