DELUXE CHROME-PLATED BALL-BEARING SPINNER HANDLE FOR VINTAGE DELTA HANDWHEELS
Improve the feel and performance of the handwheels on your vintage Delta Unisaw, shaper, or other compatible Delta machine.
This listing is for one deluxe chrome-plated ball-bearing spinner handle only. The handwheels shown in the photos are for installation reference and are not included.
Original Delta spinner handles consist of a machined aluminum handle that rotates on a 5/16-inch splined, press-fit shaft. These original handles are not friction-free, may require periodic oiling, and do not provide the smooth operation or comfortable grip of our deluxe replacement handles.

- 3/8-16 threaded mounting shaft
This handle replaces the original two-piece spinner and shaft assembly. It provides a smoother, more comfortable grip when adjusting the elevation or tilt handwheel on your Unisaw or shaper.
INSTALLATION
Support the handwheel securely in a vise and carefully drive out the original 5/16-inch splined pin. Once the original pin is removed, the stock spinner handle and shaft can be separated from the handwheel.
The existing .312-inch-diameter hole is the correct size to be tapped for 3/8-16 threads. After tapping the hole, screw the new spinner handle into place and snug it securely with a 9/16-inch open-end wrench.
