VINTAGE DELTA UNISAW TABLE-TILT ANGLE GAUGE PLATE
This listing is for one newly manufactured replacement angle gauge plate for compatible vintage Delta Unisaw. The plate displays the table-tilt angle and mounts using the original mounting-hole locations.

- Laser-cut from 0.030-inch-thick 304 stainless steel
- Carefully deburred
- Brushed-metal finish
- Silk-screened scale, markings, and artwork
- Two mounting holes positioned to match the original plate
INCLUDED:
- One stainless-steel angle gauge plate
The Unisaw, mounting hardware, and all other components are not included.
The original aluminum plates were easily dented, scratched, painted over, or lost. This stainless-steel replacement was reproduced using the dimensions and artwork of an original plate.
INSTALLATION:
Delta originally secured these plates with drive rivets. Before attempting to chisel the rivets out, inspect the back of the mounting area. If the holes extend completely through the casting, the rivets may be removable with a small punch.
The replacement plate may be installed with original-style drive rivets. Another option is to drill the original mounting holes with a No. 38 drill bit, tap them for 5-40 threads, and install the plate with 5-40 pan-head screws.
Drilling and tapping should be performed carefully by someone familiar with the process. Protect the machine’s finished surfaces and internal components from metal chips.
