VINTAGE DELTA UNISAW COMPLETE STAINLESS STEEL FASTENER RESTORATION KIT

Restore your vintage Delta Unisaw with confidence using our complete stainless steel fastener restoration kit. Designed specifically for the vintage Delta Unisaw, this comprehensive kit eliminates the time and frustration of cleaning, sorting, and sourcing original hardware.

Why spend hours sandblasting, wire brushing, or painting rusty nuts, bolts, screws, and washers when you can replace them with premium corrosion-resistant hardware?

This kit includes 145 carefully selected fasteners required to reassemble your vintage Delta Unisaw from the tabletop down.

COMPLETE RESTORATION KIT

Every fastener has been carefully selected to replace the original hardware throughout the saw, including:

• Table to cabinet
• Trunnions and yoke
• Arbor casting and pinch bolt
• Extension wings
• Switch box assembly
• Dust door and latch
• Tilt gauge and pointer cylinder
• Handwheels and pulleys
• Serial number and identification plates
• Base casting to cabinet
• And virtually every other fastener required during reassembly

Even the difficult-to-find specialty hardware is included.

PREMIUM MATERIALS

All screws, bolts, flat washers, and lock washers are manufactured from premium 18-8 stainless steel for outstanding corrosion resistance and long service life.

To eliminate the possibility of stainless-to-stainless thread galling, the few hex nuts included in the kit are supplied in Grade 5 zinc-plated steel, providing reliable fastening while maintaining smooth assembly.

A 7-gram tube of Loctite® Anti-Seize Lubricant is also included to assist during installation.

PROFESSIONALLY ORGANIZED

Every fastener is individually counted and packaged into eight numbered bags, making assembly simple and organized.

Each kit includes:

• Eight individually labeled hardware bags
• A detailed color-coded fastener inventory guide
• A Helpful Hints instruction sheet developed from years of Unisaw restorations

The inventory guide identifies:

• Fastener size and thread
• Length and head style
• Quantity supplied
• Installation location
• Flat washer requirements
• Lock washer requirements

No more sorting coffee cans full of old hardware or trying to remember where every bolt belongs.

RESTORATION WITH AUTHENTICITY

Where visible hardware contributes to the original appearance of the saw, authentic slotted-head fasteners have been retained whenever practical.

Where hardware is hidden from view, such as inside the switch box, we've upgraded to Phillips-head screws to simplify installation while preserving the original appearance of the completed restoration.

IMPORTANT

This kit contains the hardware required to reassemble the vintage Delta Unisaw from the tabletop down.

Fasteners for the fence rails and fence are not included. Separate stainless steel hardware kits for those assemblies are currently in development.

We also offer several complementary restoration upgrades, including stainless steel motor mount pins, billet aluminum and Collector Series brass Saturn knobs, and premium replacement fence locking handles.

Whether you're restoring a daily shop workhorse or a museum-quality collector's machine, this complete fastener kit provides the organization, quality, and attention to detail that have become the hallmark of Vintage Delta Supply Co.
