IT RETAINS THE OUTSIDE BEARING INTO THE ARBOR CASTING ON A VINTAGE DELTA UNISAW. OUR REPLACEMENT SPANNER NUT HAS BEEN CNC MACHINED ON STATE-OF-THE-ART EQUIPMENT FROM C1018 CARBON STEEL.

DELTA UNISAW ARBOR BEARING-CLOSURE SPANNER NUT WITH INSTALLATION WRENCH

This listing is for one newly manufactured bearing-closure spanner nut and one matching installation wrench for a compatible vintage Delta Unisaw arbor casting.

Delta referred to this component as the bearing-closure nut. It threads into the arbor casting and retains the fixed outer bearing in position.

MANUFACTURING DETAILS:

  • CNC machined from C1018 carbon steel
  • Nominal outside diameter of 1-5/8 inches
  • Precision-ground wrench grooves positioned across the centerline
  • Dimensionally inspected for quality control
  • Test-fitted by threading into an original Delta Unisaw arbor casting

Unlike commonly available die-cast zinc replacements, our spanner nut is manufactured from machined carbon steel.

  • One C1018 carbon-steel bearing-closure spanner nut
  • One laser-cut installation wrench

The arbor casting, arbor, bearings, pulley, and all other components shown are not included.
