DELTA UNISAW JET-LOCK FENCE REAR-CLAMP CAM LEVER
This listing is for one newly manufactured replacement cam lever for the rear clamp on compatible Delta Unisaw Jet-Lock fences.

The cam lever fits inside the rear-clamp casting and transfers motion from the fence-locking mechanism to the rear J-hook. A bent or distorted cam can prevent the rear clamp from engaging the guide rail correctly.
Original cam levers could become distorted when the rear-clamp clearance was adjusted too tightly, or the fence mechanism was overtightened. This replacement is laser cut from 304 stainless steel. Its pivot hole is precision reamed to the correct diameter, and the finished part is deburred.

The fence, rear-clamp casting, J-hook, adjustment screw, pivot hardware, Unisaw, and all other components are not included. Assembly drawings and exploded views shown in the photos are provided for reference only.
IMPORTANT: After installation, adjust the rear-clamp clearance carefully. Insufficient clearance can overload and damage the cam as the fence-locking lever completes its stroke.
