Designed specifically for the Delta DP-220 drill press, this premium handle conversion will also fit many other machines equipped with a 1-1/4" pinion shaft.

Upgrade your original single-rod feed handle to a classic three-spoke design for improved control, smoother operation, and a more substantial feel. Whether you're restoring a vintage Delta drill press or simply looking for a more comfortable operating experience, this kit provides both function and appearance that complement the quality of these legendary machines.

PREMIUM CNC-MACHINED CONSTRUCTION

Unlike many aftermarket alternatives that utilize plastic knobs and mild steel components, every major component of this assembly is manufactured from premium materials for long-term durability and appearance.

• Hub precision CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum billet
• Three 5-1/4" spokes manufactured from 303 stainless steel
• Reproduction Saturn-style knobs CNC machined from 6061 aluminum billet
• Dual black oxide set screws provide secure attachment to the pinion shaft
• Counterbored and chamfered spoke and set screw holes for a clean, finished appearance

The hub directly replaces Delta part number DP-631 and is designed to provide a precise fit while maintaining the classic appearance of the original machine.

Black anodized Saturn-style knobs are included as standard.

EASY INSTALLATION

Installation can be completed in just a few minutes using basic hand tools.

1. Remove the original single-rod handle.
2. Slide the new hub onto the pinion shaft.
3. Align the set screws with the existing cross-drilled holes in the shaft.
4. Tighten the set screws securely.
5. Install the three spokes and knobs.

That's it—your drill press is ready to use with improved leverage, enhanced control, and a distinctive vintage Delta appearance.

CUSTOM CNC-MACHINED SATURN KNOBS

One of the most distinctive features of this upgrade is our reproduction Saturn-style knob. Rather than using molded plastic or imported replacements, each knob is CNC machined in-house from solid billet material to replicate the appearance and feel of the original Delta design.

COLLECTOR SERIES SOLID BRASS KNOBS

For collectors seeking the ultimate upgrade, we offer a Collector Series solid brass Saturn knob option.

Each Collector Series knob is CNC machined from over one pound of solid brass stock. After machining, every knob is individually hand sanded and polished through a three-step finishing process to achieve a deep, mirror-like luster.

The finished brass knob weighs approximately 9.3 ounces, providing a substantial feel and a level of craftsmanship rarely found in modern reproduction parts.

These premium knobs are produced in limited quantities due to the extensive machining time and hand-finishing required to achieve their show-quality appearance.
