NEW DP-242 SPANNER NUT SET FOR VINTAGE DELTA DP-220 DRILL PRESSES
These fine-threaded circular retainers screw into each end of the drill press quill to secure the quill bearings. Two spanner nuts are required for each quill—one thick and one thin—and both are included in this set.
The original Delta part number is DP-242.
Our replacement spanner nuts are precision CNC-machined from C1018 steel and finished with black oxide for increased corrosion protection.
These retainers may also fit other Delta machines or equipment made by other manufacturers. Before ordering, confirm that your original spanner nut measures approximately 1.3975 inches in diameter and is designed to retain a 35mm bearing.
