Replacement Motor Data Plate for Vintage Delta Unisaw Bullet Motors
We are now reproducing the original motor data plate found on the end housing of many early Delta Unisaw bullet motors—with the same attention to detail and quality as our other Unisaw restoration products.
This reproduction replicates the original single-phase, 115/230-volt motor data plate and is carefully recreated from the dimensions and artwork of an original tag.
Construction
Each nominal 3"-diameter plate begins with a laser-cut aluminum disc that is:
- Anodized for durability
- Brush-finished to match the original appearance
- Professionally fitted with a custom reproduction decal
- Supplied with a precision-cut 3M VHB adhesive ring
No Drive Rivets Required
Original plates were installed with drive rivets and were often damaged during motor rebuilding or restoration. Rivet removal could also leave broken rivet ends inside the motor housing.
Our replacement uses automotive-grade 3M VHB double-sided foam tape, eliminating the need to drill or install new rivets. The adhesive is supplied as a donut-shaped disc, allowing clearance for the brass bearing closure plug at the center of the motor housing.
