Precision Replacement Insert for Vintage Delta Table Saws  

These premium replacement throat plates are precision CNC machined from solid ½” thick 6061 aluminum billet, providing superior rigidity and long-term durability compared to thin stamped inserts or plastic replacements.

 Premium Construction 

Each insert is machined from solid billet aluminum, not cast or stamped material. The result is a plate that remains flat, stable, and resistant to flex under heavy cutting conditions.

A radius-machined rear edge allows the plate to drop easily into the saw opening while maintaining a close, accurate fit once installed. 

Adjustable Top-Side Leveling 

Four precision threaded leveling holes allow the insert height to be adjusted from the top side of the saw. This makes leveling quick and convenient without removing the insert.

 Once adjusted, the plate sits flush with the table surface for smooth workpiece support. 

Anti-Lift Safety Design 

Each insert includes a 1/8” hardened roll pin installed at the rear of the plate to prevent the insert from lifting during operation. 

A set screw positioned above the pin allows the rear clearance to be fine-tuned, ensuring a secure and stable fit within the saw table opening.
