This is the wave washer that spring loads the bearings in a Delta Unisaw arbor assembly.
It is shown in the photo that lays out the parts required to assemble an arbor. The load spring is the wave washer behind the first bearing.
This part, if bought from Delta goes by the description “load spring”, under part number 928-06-020-7382.
We have been able to manufacture this replacement spring steel wave washer to the correct dimensions required to fit behind the arbor bearing and can offer it at a fraction of the cost of the Delta part.
Our finished wave washers are black oxide plated for increased corrosion protection,
