14″ Urethane Bandsaw Tires
These high-quality urethane bandsaw tires measure 14″ × 1″ × 1/8″ and directly replace Delta part number 905145.
Designed to replace old, cracked, hardened, or worn-out tires, they help restore proper blade tracking and improve the performance of your bandsaw. Each tire is manufactured slightly smaller than the wheel diameter to provide a secure, tight fit. The bright orange color also makes inspecting the tire and blade position easier.
Unlike conventional rubber tires, urethane tires resist drying, cracking, peeling, and hardening—providing reliable, long-lasting service.

Installation
Remove the old tire with a flat-blade screwdriver or similar tool. Soak the new urethane tire in hot, soapy water to warm and soften it. While it is still warm, stretch it evenly over the wheel and work it into the groove.
A hair dryer may also be used to warm the tire before installation. If using a heat gun, use the lowest setting and avoid overheating the urethane.
