DUST DEFLECTOR FOR THE INTERIOR OF A UNISAW
This is the sheet metal dust deflector that goes inside a vintage UNISAW directly in front of the blade. This deflector keeps sawdust and wood pitch from contacting the front trunnion area of the saw’s internal components and directs particles coming off the saw blade down into the base of the cabinet.
This is the original dent and rust-free OEM sheet metal stamping. However, it has been sandblasted and then ceramic coated with a finish similar to Jet-hot coating. The coating makes the part’s surfaces shine like chrome and assists with sawdust and pitch not sticking to the inside of the deflector.
Each dust deflector comes with two machined aluminum spacers and two stainless steel 5/16 – 18 bolts to mount it in the Unisaw.
