This listing is for ONE replacement eccentric cam used inside compatible vintage Delta Jet-Lock table saw fence head castings.

Delta identified this component as the “Eccentric” under part number 422-04-042-5002. The round cam has an offset pivot hole and a drilled and tapped 3/8-24 hole for attaching the locking shaft.

Inside the fence head, the eccentric cam operates against the rectangular clamp lever. As the locking shaft is moved, the eccentric rotates and presses against the lever, causing the fence to lock against the rail.

Original cams may develop wear where the outer diameter contacts the hardened wear pad on the clamp lever. The 3/8-24 shaft-mounting threads may also become stripped or damaged and can be difficult to repair reliably.

Our replacement eccentric is CNC-machined from tool steel and flame-hardened at the contact area that operates against the clamp lever’s wear pad.

This replacement is intended for Delta Jet-Lock fence assemblies that use eccentric cam part number 422-04-042-5002. Delta manufactured multiple fence styles and revisions. Before ordering, compare your original part number, dimensions, offset pivot hole and 3/8-24 threaded hole with the photos and specifications in this listing.

The later Jet-Lock fence can generally be identified by the straight vertical face on its head casting. The earlier Delta Micro-Set fence typically has a curved face and uses a different internal mechanism.
