This allows the brushed metal finish to show through.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTHE HOLES ON THESE PLATES ARE NOT OFFSET LIKE THE ORIGINALS. THEY WILL REQUIRE A NEW HOLE DRILLED.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe plate will be provided with two (2) original style stainless steel drive rivets, and also two (2) stainless steel 5-40 pan head screws.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhen we reattach nameplates, we prefer to re-drill the original holes with a #38 drill bit and then tap them for the 5-40 screws, so installation and future removal of the item is easier.
